DIRECTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
Adolpho is a NYC based director/choreographer who specializes in stylized pieces and strong storytelling through movement, staging and choreography.
His work has been seen in NYC at the Here Arts Center, P.S. 122 (NY Innovative Theatre Award), Ars Nova, People’s Improv Theatre and the York Theatre. He served as Associate Director on the Broadway workshop of Sugar Babies.
Outside of NYC, venues have included: North Shore Music Theatre, Westchester Broadway, Theatre By the Sea, the Wick Theatre, Gretna Theatre, Theatre Workshop of Nantucket, Plaza Theatricals, Palace Theatre in the Dells, Riverside Center, Naples Players, Celebrity Cruises, Mac-Haydn Theatre and the Grand Geneva Resort (for RWS).
He’s also choreographed numerous corporate industrial shows as well as national TV web spots for both Johnny Rockets restaurants and Blackberry. Most notoriously, Adolpho helmed the immensely popular annual Miss Fag Hag Pageant which featured numerous film, television and Broadway stars over the years
Adolpho started his creative career as Assistant Creative Director for Six Flags Parks writing, producing and directing shows for 20 parks internationally.
